Finish The Year Strong

By Hannah Merritt | Director of Marketing | Co-Owner

As of today, there are about 10 weeks left in the year.

This is the time of year where a lot of people start to coast. Holiday plans fill up the calendar, and December starts to feel close. The work still gets done, but at a slower speed. Somewhere along the way, the plan becomes "I'll start fresh in January."

Don't wait for January. It shows up either way, and whatever you finish in the next 10 weeks is one less thing you’ll carry into it.

I get a reminder of this each fall. My husband farms, and at our house, harvest means go time on every front. He works his full-time job during the day, then heads to the combine and stays in the field well into the night, day after day, until the crops are out.

Meanwhile, my job is keeping 4 kids, their activities, carpool, and homework on track, with everyone's sanity mostly intact while Dad is "away."

Nobody at our house coasts through fall.

The crops are ready when they're ready, so the work happens now. That's usually when a lot of people start easing up.

Our UpFrame team is bringing that same mindset to the rest of the year, and I'd love for you to do the same. Keep the wheels on the road and your foot on the gas. Stay focused on what you said you'd get done this year.

While others slow down, keep pushing, and you'll walk into January already ahead.

Last November, we chose "Level Up" as our phrase for 2026, and we've spent the past 10 months doing the work behind it.

We welcomed Tyrelle as our project manager, Ellie as our junior designer, and Tessa as our client success and content specialist. We overhauled our internal workflows and our CRM, and we're getting a firm handle on capacity planning. We still have work to do, yet we've covered a lot of ground.

Most of that work happens behind the scenes. Our clients feel it in how we show up for them and in the quality of what we deliver.

So to our clients, and to anyone reading this: you have 10 weeks left. Use them well, and finish the year strong.
