We developed a clean, professional logo featuring a strategically placed arrow between the B & I, symbolizing CBI’s role in connecting and supporting community bankers across the state. The classic serif font reinforces stability and credibility, ensuring the brand remains timeless yet forward-thinking.

CBI needed a modern, user-friendly website that better served its members and showcased its advocacy, education, and events. We designed a streamlined, easy-to-navigate platform with GrowthZone integration, allowing for seamless membership management and resource access.

CBI needed a strategy to increase awareness of its education programs, member resources, and industry advocacy. We executed a multi-channel approach, including social media management, newsletters, targeted email campaigns, direct mail outreach, and in-person promotion at industry events. This strategy not only boosted enrollment in CBI’s ICBA Education and Community Bankers Webinar Network but also enhanced overall member engagement. We strengthened CBI's connection with Iowa’s community banks, increased visibility, and provided greater value to its members.
