Care Plan #2

You can choose the frequency that your Care Plan is billed. We recommend quarterly payments, however if you prefer monthly or yearly we're more than happy to accommodate that! The amount billed will depend on the package you choose when you originally sign up.

Requests covered in your care plan include content updates, image updates, form changes, consultation with UpFrame staff to ask questions or learn how to make updates specific to your website, adding events to an event calendar, adding products to an e-commerce site, publishing a blog, etc. If you need assistance with a specific update but are unsure if it's covered in your maintenance, please reach out to us! We're happy to help.

If a snafu arises on your website, we'll get it taken care of as soon as possible. Please send your care plan requests to ask@upframecreative.com. If it is something we need your help with or have questions about, we will get in touch with you.
