Your website is just like a car and requires routine maintenance to operate properly and stay secure. With our Care Plans, you get premium WordPress hosting and the reliable support of our website care team. We work hard behind the scenes so you can rest assured that your website is always up-to-date and performing at its best!

What's included:

We store your website files on our premium, super secure, hosting platform, specifically built for WordPress websites.

Your site is verified and encrypted, meaning it's unreadable to hackers. This also helps with your SEO ranking. This is required by Google to list your site as secure.

We keep plugins, themes, and WordPress software up-to-date.

A backup is the main guarantee that your site can be completely restored after any unexpected problems or crashes. We run daily backups, saving your site files if we ever need them.

We have active monitoring and preventative in place to keep your site secure.

Basic Website Support:

  • 1 hour / year of basic changes like updated text or changing out imagery.

  • 48 hour turnaround time (during business hours, excludes weekends).

Care Plan FAQ's:

You can choose the frequency that your Care Plan is billed. We recommend quarterly payments, however if you prefer monthly or yearly we're more than happy to accommodate that! The amount billed will depend on the package you choose when you originally sign up.

Requests covered in your care plan include content updates, image updates, form changes, consultation with UpFrame staff to ask questions or learn how to make updates specific to your website, adding events to an event calendar, adding products to an e-commerce site, publishing a blog, etc. If you need assistance with a specific update but are unsure if it's covered in your maintenance, please reach out to us! We're happy to help.

If you need help with completing a task that isn't included in your maintenance package, we're happy to quote out of scope work. Care plans don't include new development (i.e. adding new pages, adding functionality, building out new forms, etc.) so let us know what you need help with and we'll put together an estimate for you.
